This notice describes what Green Aviation Hub UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does with personal data on this charging map. It applies to people in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

What we process
When you open the map, the host stores the usual server log: IP address, date, the requested URL, and the browser. The session cookie keeps you logged in and remembers the language you picked.
An account stores your name, email address, and a hash of your password. If you turn on two-factor authentication, we also store the data that login needs for that.
A claim to manage an airfield stores your name, email address, phone number, and which airfield you claimed.
“Locate me” sends your coordinates to this server so it can list nearby airfields. We do not save them on your account.
The map tiles are loaded by your browser from OpenStreetMap, or from Mapbox when that is configured. Those providers receive the request, including your IP address, under their own terms.
Why
Accounts and claims are processed to provide the service you asked for. Logs, the session, and the map itself are processed because we need them to run the site securely. Locate me runs only when you trigger it.
How long
Account data stays until the account is deleted. Claim data stays for as long as we need it to handle the claim and the airfield record. Server logs follow the host’s retention.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg. Write to info@greenaviationhub.com.
