Terms of use
These terms cover use of the Green Aviation Hub UG (haftungsbeschränkt) charging map, operator accounts, and the partner API.
The service
The map lists airfields and chargers. Positions, opening hours, and live status come from operators and, where linked, from Monta. They can be missing or wrong. Do not treat them as a clearance to fly or a promise that a charger is free.
Accounts
Operator accounts are for the people responsible for an airfield. You are responsible for the data you enter, including a charger position you mark yourself.
Partner API
The API is available only with a token we issued. You may not share it, bypass the rate limit, or use the data to misrepresent a charger’s status.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health, and where statute does not allow a limit. Otherwise we are liable only for foreseeable damage caused by a breach of an essential duty.
Law
German law applies. Where you are a business, the courts in Mannheim have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the statutory venue stays in place.
